This is a open competition for everyone, you dont need to be pre-qualified to participate. However, this competition is NOT included in the official IFFB's Nordic Championships, and winners will therefore not be qualified for a nordic title.

SCORING:
Rowing counts as 25 % of the total score
Dips count as 25 % of the total score
Symmetri round 2 counts as 25 % of the total score
Symmetri round 3 counts as 25 % of the total score
RULES:
There are some changes to the rules for Athletic Fitness in Norway, and the purpose of this competition being held in connection with the Nordic Championships is for the Norwegian Federation to introduce the new rules for this sport in the hope that the Nordic countries can together agree on rules that will be less time-consuming and more athlete- and audience-friendly. However, this competition is NOT included in the Nordic Championships and winners will therefore not be qualified for a nordic title.
